Hamdani earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang (1999) and a Master’s Degree in Management from Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta (2023). He began his career at PT Hutama Karya (Persero) as Senior Expert Corporate Secretary, and later served as Vice President (VP) of PBK of the General Civil Division (2020–2023). He was subsequently appointed as Senior Vice President (SVP) of PBK & Engineering of the General Civil Division, a position he has held since 2023. In February 2026, Hamdani was assigned as Acting Executive Vice President (EVP) Corporate Secretary of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) for the period of February 25, 2026 to March 31, 2026.

Tri earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Sebelas Maret and a Master of Business Administration from the Bandung Institute of Technology. He began his career as a Project Manager (1999 - 2009), followed by roles as Senior Production Manager for Region V (2010 - 2016) and Senior Production Manager for Region III (2016 - 2018). From 2018 to 2024, he served as EVP of QHSSE, and he is currently entrusted with the position of Head of Internal Auditor at PT Hutama Karya (Persero).
