As a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN), which is 100% owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) runs the company's Social & Environmental Responsibility Program (CSR) with the provisions stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number PER-05/ MBU/04/2021 concerning the Social and Environmental Responsibility Program of State-Owned Enterprises.

Micro & Small Business Funding Program (PUMK)
The PUMK program is a program to improve the ability of small businesses to become strong and independent while simultaneously providing a chain effect for improving the welfare of the community around Hutama Karya's operational activities. The form of the program carried out is to provide working capital loans and assistance to improve business capabilities.
