BUDI HARTO
Budi Harto was born in Boyolali, September 11th, 1959. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from Sebelas Maret University in 1983, a Master's Degree (S2) in Management from Gadjah Mada University in 1997, and a Master's Degree (S2) in Industrial Psychology from Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 in 2002.
Served as President Director of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) based on the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Decree No. SK-182/MBU/06/2020 regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the PT Hutama Karya (Persero) dated June 6th, 2020.
Previously, he served as President Director of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. (2016-2020), Deputy President Director of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. (2015-2016), and Director of Operations I PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. (2013-2015).
EKA SETYA ADRIANTO
Eka Setya Adrianto was born in Bandung, October 23rd, 1984. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 2008.
Served as Finance Director of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK-66/MBU/03/2024 concerning Dismissal and Appointmentof Members of the Board of Commissioners of the PT Hutama Karya (Persero) dated March 15 th, 2024.
Previously served as Corporate Finance Group Head of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (2017-2022), President Commissioner of Jasa Marga Trans Jawa Toll (2019-2022), Assistant Vice President Strategic Planning of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (2016-2017), Business Strategy Manager of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk.
SUGIARTI
Born in Semarang in 1964, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Economics from Diponegoro University Semarang in 1987.
Serves as Risk Management Director of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK-66/MBU/03/2024 concerning Dismissal and Appointmentof Members of the Board of Commissioners of the PT Hutama Karya (Persero) dated March 15th, 2024.
Previously served as President Director of HK Realtindo (2020 - 2024), Finance Director of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) (2019-2020), Finance Director of Perum Perhutani (2016-2019) and EVP Mass Banking Division at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (2014 – 2016)
MUHAMMAD FAUZAN
Muhammad Fauzan was born in Bengkalis on April 6th, 1973. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from the Sepuluh November Institute of Technology in 1998, a Master's Degree (S2) in Financial Management from the University of Riau in 2009, and a Doctorate (S3) in Technology Management from the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya in 2024.
Served as Director of Human Capital and Legal of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) based on the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Decree No. SK-51/MBU/02/2021 regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the PT Hutama Karya (Persero) dated February 25th, 2021.
Previously, he served on the Board of Directors of PT HK Realtindo (2014-2016), Head of Business Development and Investment Division of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) (2016-2018), and Executive Vice President of Corporate Secretary of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) (2018-2021).
AGUNG FAJARWANTO
Agung Fajarwanto was born in Surabaya on March 24th, 1973. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from the Diponegoro University in 1996 and a Master’s Degree (S2) in Business Administration from Institute Technology of Bandung in 2022.
Served as Director of Operations of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) based on the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Decree No. SK-224/MBU/09/2022 regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the PT Hutama Karya (Persero) dated September 30th, 2022.
Previously, he served on the Regional Head V at the Directorate Regional East (2016-2017) and Executive Vice President Toll Road Development Division at the Directorate of Toll Road (2018-2022).
GUNADI
Born in Purworejo on 24 September 1968. Obtained a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from Sebelas Maret University in 1993, a Bachelor's degree (S2) in Management from the Nusantara Business Institute in 2019
Served as Director of Operations II of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises SK-145/MBU/07/2022 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Hutama Karya on 11 July 2022
Previously served as Director of Operations III PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. (2019-2022), President Director of PT Waskita Karya Infrastruktur, (2019), and Senior Vice President Division IV PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (2018 - 2019)
KOENTJORO
Koentjoro was born in Grobogan on July 2nd, 1970. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from Diponegoro University in 1993.
