Hutama Karya started to establish the property business in 2010 as an action of business diversification, and as a strategic effort to expand the construction industry to the downstream of the business. In that year, Hutama Karya established its first subsidiary, PT HK Realtindo. Until now, HK Realtindo continues to develop into one of the national property companies with dozens of property projects both in Jakarta and outside Jakarta.
