Corporate Secretary & Head Of Internal Auditor

Mardiansyah holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bung Hatta University and a Master's in Project Management from the University of Indonesia. He began his career in the infrastructure sector as Head of Infrastructure Department at PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur (2020–2021) and Head of Internal Supervision at PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur (2021–2022). He was subsequently entrusted as Head of Internal Audit Unit at PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur (2021–2022) and Executive Vice President Human Capital at PT Hutama Karya (2022–2025). Currently, Mardiansyah serves as Executive Vice President Corporate Secretary at PT Hutama Karya (Persero).​

Tri earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Sebelas Maret and a Master of Business Administration from the Bandung Institute of Technology. He began his career as a Project Manager (1999 - 2009), followed by roles as Senior Production Manager for Region V (2010 - 2016) and Senior Production Manager for Region III (2016 - 2018). From 2018 to 2024, he served as EVP of QHSSE, and he is currently entrusted with the position of Head of Internal Auditor at PT Hutama Karya (Persero).
