Adjib obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Diponegoro University, as well as a Master's degree in Management from Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. He began his career as Site Engineer of Air Baku Project in Middle Java (1996), Head of Deputy Jembatan Rumpiang Project, Barito Kuala, South Kalimantan (2006), the Project Manager for the Strengthening of the Sedayu Lawas Bridge in Lamongan (2012), Senior Manager of Human Resource Development (2016 - 2017), Vice President of General Affairs (2019 - 2020), General Director and Participant of the Hutama Karya Pension Fund (2020 - 2023), Project Director in the Operations and Maintenance Division of Toll Roads (2023 - 2024), and currently serves as the Executive Vice President Secretary of the Company for PT Hutama Karya (Persero).

Tri earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Sebelas Maret and a Master of Business Administration from the Bandung Institute of Technology. He began his career as a Project Manager (1999 - 2009), followed by roles as Senior Production Manager for Region V (2010 - 2016) and Senior Production Manager for Region III (2016 - 2018). From 2018 to 2024, he served as EVP of QHSSE, and he is currently entrusted with the position of Head of Internal Auditor at PT Hutama Karya (Persero).
