Tjahjo graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Diponegoro University in 1990 and a Master's Degree in Marketing Management from Hasanuddin University, Makassar, in 2009. He started his career as a Senior Manager of the Building Division (2009-2014), Head of Region V (2012-2014), Head of Risk and System Division (2014-2017), Head of Human Capital Division (2017-2019), Technical Director of PT HK Realtindo (2019-2021), and currently trusted to serve as Executive Vice President of Corporate Secretary of PT Hutama Karya (Persero).
