Hamdani earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang (1999) and a Master’s Degree in Management from Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta (2023). He began his career at PT Hutama Karya (Persero) as Senior Expert Corporate Secretary, and later served as Vice President (VP) of PBK of the General Civil Division (2020–2023). He was subsequently appointed as Senior Vice President (SVP) of PBK & Engineering of the General Civil Division, a position he has held since 2023. In February 2026, Hamdani was assigned as Acting Executive Vice President (EVP) Corporate Secretary of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) for the period of February 25, 2026 to March 31, 2026.

Muhroni earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from STIE STIKUBANK (2004) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Institut Teknologi Bandung (2024). He began his career as Senior Manager of Finance at the Head Office (2018), and later served as Head of the Accounting & Finance Division (2018–2019). He was subsequently appointed as Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Accounting and Finance Division, a position he held from 2019 to February 2026. In March 2026, Muhroni was appointed as Head of the Internal Audit Unit of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), a position he currently holds.
