PT Hutama Karya (Persero) is a national construction and investment company whose 100% share ownership is owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, through the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) as the Shareholder's Proxy.
As a state-owned company, the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors are appointed directly by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, through the Proxy of Shareholders. The selection of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors is determined based on their respective competencies and achievements. The duties and responsibilities of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors are regulated in the Articles of Association of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), and in accordance with the direction of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
