H.E. DENNY ABDI

Born in Sungai Penuh, Jambi, Indonesia on January 12, 1970. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Andalas (1995) and obtained a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Universitas Indonesia (1999).
He serves as President Commissioner of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), appointed pursuant to the Resolution of the Shareholders of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Number 126 of 2026 and Number SK.054/DI-DAM/DO/2026 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Hutama Karya (Persero).
Previously, he has served as Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Jakarta, since September 2025. He also served as Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, Hanoi (September 14, 2021 – September 2025). In addition, he served as Minister and Director for Southeast Asian Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Jakarta (April 2017 – February 2021).
R. WAHYU MURYADI

Born in Surabaya, on April 23, 1963. Obtained a Bachelor's degree (S2) Master of Management from Bina Nusantara University in 2016.
Served as an Independent Commissioner of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. SK-107/MBU/05/2019 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) PT Hutama Karya 28 May 2019.
Previously served as CCO at PT Tempo Inti Media, Tbk. (2016 - 2019), Chief Editor of Tempo TV and Tempo Channel in 2013 – 2016, Chief Editor of Tempo Magazine (2010 – 2013), Executive Editor of Tempo Magazine (2004 – 2010), Managing Editor for National Desk of Tempo Magazine (2001 – 2003), and Head of the Protocol Bureau of the Presidential Palace Abdurrahman Wahid (1999 – 2001).
SITI JAMALIAH LUBIS

Born in Asahan on March 10, 1960. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Borobudur University, Jakarta, and a Master of Law from the Islamic University of North Sumatra.
She currently serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), appointed based on the Decree of the Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Business Entity Regulatory Agency and the President Director of PT Danantara Asset Management (Persero), as the shareholders of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), dated October 31, 2025, Number 30, 2025 and Number: SK.074/DI-DAM/DO/2025 concerning the Dismissal, Reassignment, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Hutama Karya (Persero).
Previously, she served as Chairperson of the Indonesian Advocates Congress (KAI) for the 2025–2030 period. She also served as President of the Central Leadership Council of the Indonesian Advocates Congress (2019–2024), Acting President of the Indonesian Advocates Congress (2018–2019), and held several other key positions within the Indonesian Advocates Congress and other advocate organizations in Indonesia.
MUDANTO HATTA

Born in Jakarta on October 16, 1968. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung.
He currently serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), appointed based on the Decree of the Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Business Entity Regulatory Agency and the President Director of PT Danantara Asset Management (Persero) as the shareholders of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), dated October 31, 2025, Number 30, 2025 and Number: SK.074/DI-DAM/DO/2025 concerning the Dismissal, Reassignment, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Hutama Karya (Persero).
He is currently serving as Director at PT Studio Enam Desain (2020–present), previously served as President Director of PT Valentina Mandiri Indonesia (2015–present), President Director of PT Adovelin Raharja Logistik (2005–2015), Commissioner of PT Maserati Sriwijaya (2002–2006), and Account Director at PT Multimedia Prasetyakarya (1994–2004)
ESSY ASIAH

Born in Jakarta on May 18, 1966. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (1990) and a Master of Civil Engineering from the University of Indonesia (2025)
She currently serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), appointed based on the Decree of the Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Business Entity Regulatory Agency and the President Director of PT Danantara Asset Management (Persero) as the shareholders of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), dated October 31, 2025, Number 30, 2025 and Number: SK.074/DI-DAM/DO/2025 concerning the Dismissal, Reassignment, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Hutama Karya (Persero)
Curently, she served as Secretary of the Directorate General of Strategic Infrastructure, Ministry of Public Works (2025 – present). Previously, she served as Director of Strategic Infrastructure, Directorate General of Human Settlements, Ministry of Public Works and Housing (2022 – 2025); and Head of Sub-Directorate for Technical Planning of Strategic Infrastructure, Directorate of Strategic Infrastructure, Directorate General of Human Settlements, Ministry of Public Works and Housing (2020 – 2022).
MUKRI

Born in Jakarta on January 30, 1965. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta in 1987, a Master’s Degree in Law from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum “IBLAM” in 2004, and a Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Law from Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya in 2015.
He serves as Commissioner of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), appointed pursuant to the Resolution of the Shareholders of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Number 126 of 2026 and Number SK.054/DI-DAM/DO/2026 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Hutama Karya (Persero).
He currently serves as Senior Expert Prosecutor at the Education and Training Agency of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia since February 1, 2025. Previously, he served as Secretary to the Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes (May 21, 2024 – February 1, 2025). He also served as Head of the High Prosecutor’s Office of South Kalimantan (February 18, 2022 – May 20, 2024) and Inspector IV at the Deputy Attorney General for Supervision (February 8, 2021 – February 17, 2022).
