HUTAMA KARYA ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW EVP CORPORATE SECRETARY

JAKARTA – PT Hutama Karya (Persero) (Hutama Karya) officially announced the appointment of a new Corporate Secretary. Following a management decision, the company has appointed Mr. Ir. Mardiansyah, S.T., MT., M.B.A. as Executive Vice President (EVP) Corporate Secretary of Hutama Karya, replacing Mr. Adjib Al Hakim, ST., MM, effective October 22, 2025.

The appointment of the new Corporate Secretary has been reported to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on October 22, 2025, under letter number OT.02/SD-278/DU.SP/2025 regarding Information on Corporate Secretary Changes at PT Hutama Karya (Persero), in compliance with OJK Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate Secretaries of Issuers or Public Entities. The notification also fulfills the requirements of OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I.E on Information Disclosure Obligations, and demonstrates the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) aimed at enhancing transparency and accountability.

As EVP Corporate Secretary, Mardiansyah will play a strategic role in ensuring corporate information disclosure and strengthening relationships with stakeholders, regulators, the media, and ensuring that corporate governance operates in accordance with GCG principles.

Mardiansyah joined Hutama Karya in 2008 and brings extensive experience in Operations-Project Management, Internal Audit, and Human Resources. Previously, he served as EVP of Human Capital Division at Hutama Karya (2022–2025), Head of Internal Audit Unit at PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur (2021–2022), and Head of Infrastructure Department at PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur (2020–2021).

Born in Bandung in 1978, he holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Bung Hatta, a Master's degree in Project Management from Universitas Indonesia, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ITB School of Business.

Hutama Karya's management stated that this appointment is part of organizational renewal and strengthening of the company's leadership structure, aimed at improving corporate communication effectiveness and reinforcing corporate governance amid the dynamics of the national infrastructure industry.
